Co-Founder & Principal
Mr. Zucker previously served as a Partner at Ares Management Corp, as Chair of the Ares Industrial Real Estate Group, and was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Black Creek Group, a real state private equity and investment management firm acquired by Ares Management Corp in 2021. He co-founded and served as Chairman of the Board of several industrial-focused real estate investment trusts and funds that owned, operated and developed warehouse and logistics assets in key markets across the US.

Jimmy Mulvihill

Co-Founder & Principal
Mr. Mulvihill was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Black Creek Group, acquired by Ares Management Corp in 2021. He was previously the CFO of Dividend Capital Trust, director of DCT Industrial Trust, and co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Corporate Properties of the Americas. He was co-founder and Chairman of the Board of American Real Estate Investment Corp., which became Keystone Property Trust and was acquired by ProLogis Trust. Mr. Mulvihill is a Co-Founder and serves as Chairman of the Board for Volley Automation.

Managing Director
Mr. Burstein was a Managing Director of Black Creek Group and Principal of Mexico Retail Properties, Infrastructure Institutional and DataMex; three Mexico City-based companies focused on mixed-use real estate, infrastructure investment and data center development. John helped lead Mexico Retail Properties’ growth following Black Creek’s exit. He facilitated the addition of three Institutional Funds, making MRP the largest sponsor of Mexican Pension Capital, and led the company’s expansion into the Mexican Datacenter sector.

Prior Platforms Founded by Black Creek Group

Mexico Retail Properties is a private real estate company in Mexico formed by Black Creek Group in 2002 and sold to a private consortium in 2012. At the time of sale MRP had developed over 70 Walmart, Costco or Home Depot anchored shopping centers representing 3,000+ tenants and approximately 4.5m square feet of retail space across 24 Mexican cities.

Over nearly three decades, Black Creek Group sponsored 23 investment platforms including 17 institutional and 6 retail funds in the US and Mexico. Total development and acquisition volume exceeded $18B and included assets in the industrial, office, retail, hospitality, [multi-family] and infrastructure sectors.

Infrastructura Institutionale is a private infrastructure development company in Mexico formed by Black Creek Group in 2011 and ultimately sold to Black Rock in 2015.

A private industrial real estate company in Mexico formed by Black Creek Group in 2002 and sold to Washington State Investment Board in 2005. At the time of sale CPA had over $564MM (3.9m square feet) of industrial assets. CPA continues to be a leading owner and developer of Industrial Assets in Mexico.
